What Causes Stomach Pain Every Time After Having Lunch?

Every time I eat a meal at noon, about 30 minutes later my gut feels like someone has punched me in it and I get a lot of gas throughout the afternoon. It usually passes by 3-4pm and I am usually fine after eating supper. What could be happening? I eat very healthy, fruits, veggies no sugar and no dairy I am lactose intolerant. Could you help me figure out what is going on?
