What Causes Stomach Pain, Fever And Lightheadedness?

My friend has been suffering severe stomach pain for about a week along with fever and lightheadedness. He has seen a doctor. He had X-rays and is scheduled for a ct scan in about four days. He is so miserable. Would you suggest that he go to the emergency department?

Hi,
Having fever with stomach pain for last one week indicates that there might be having typhoid fever.
Before going to x-ray or CT scan go for,
complete blood checking with TC,DC, Platelet count.
S.widal test for typhoid.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Give him light diet.
Give him plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
