What Causes Stomach Pain, Frequent Urination And Urge For Bowel Movement?

my stomach hurts since yeserday and i feel like i need to poop but i dont actually need to because when i go not much comes out. yesterday i also went to urinate about 10 times in one hour and i think it might be early UTI? how can i know for sure if i have UTI or diahrea?

Hi,
It seems that you might behaving gastric upset due to constipation or some urinary tract infection.
Go for routine urine check up to rule out urinary tract infection.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
