What Causes Stomach Pain, High Blood Pressure, Skin Rashes And Blurred Vision?
Hello I am having severe issues, my stomach feels nasty, really unable to eat, my blood pressure keeps going up with the pain from my stomach. I have a rash on my arm my vision keeps going in and out. I have been to the hospital numerous times, they have done cat scans blood work etc and say nothing is wrong. I know something is wrong, and I know it s only getting worse. It s to the point am lucky to get 4 hrs sleep a night when wake up I feel worse
For pain abdomen take antacids, PPI's (Pantoprazol-40), once daily for 5 days. Include fiber in your diet, take small meals numerous times a day. Take a lot of fiber in your diet, fruits & veggies, iron & calcium rich food. Keep yourself well hydrated & stay away from addictions if any. Avoid oily junk food take boiled food & plenty of sleep. Lead a healthy lifestyle, exercise, listen to music & enjoy. You can take the help of a clinical psychologist or a psychiatric for any problems. Get a general health check up done to rule out any developing pathology, get examined, evaluated & treated.
