Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

This may be a gastric upset from a viral fever. If the fever is coming down and there is no loose stools, vomiting or pain during urination, we need not worry. Just give him paracetamol to relieve pain. If not getting better in 2 days, fever continues or aforementioned symptoms appear, kindly take him to pediatrician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
