What Causes Stomach Pain In Children?

Hello, My ten year old daughter has had stomach pain for six days, stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea, It is not constant but it happens every 3 to 4 hours, but doesn t seem to have fever. Can you please help me figure out what it is? Thanks. Sincerely, Mary

Hi,
It seems that she might be having gastro-enteritis.
He might require one course of antibiotic with tinidazole medicine for 3 days to control infection.
Give someantispasmodic medicine like dicyclomine.
Give light and liquid diet like curd, rice, butter milk.
Ok and take care.
