What Causes Stomach Pain, Painful Throat And Painful Legs?

6 year old complains daily of stomach aches, throat hurting but nit is not red or swollen, knee and leg pain. she goes to the nurses office at school at least a couple times a week. occasionally complains of headaches. Runs a fever a couple times a month which is reduced with ibuprofen.
