What Causes Stomach Pain, Sickness, Vomiting Feelings, Dizziness And Weakness?

I have been getting really randon and painful lower stomach pains. I also have been feeling really sick like im going t throw up but I never actually throw up. Everytime I eat something I begin feeling sick again. I also feel dizzy and weak my friend said I might be pregnant but I dont think so since I already had my period Any ideas?

Digestion disturbances may be the cause of your symptom and in my opinion this can be best treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day else this is nothing to worry, this is not the sign of pregnancy, hope this information helps.
