What Causes Stomach Pain, Vomiting And Tiredness?

I always have a upset stomach lately sometimes it s like I m going to throw up then it changes to anxious stomach pains or unsettled and I m always tired. i will get 8+ hours of sleep at night and drink a cup of coffee and it still won t wake up. I also keep overthinking situations and little things and convince myself there are problems that isn t even real problems. It makes me emotional and makes me not think rationally or I make myself sad thinking of unrealistic so problems,drama for example If me and a friend get a little mad with each other my brain will automatically bring me the worse case scenario and make a little fight seem that I will loose all my friends and that brings back the stomach pains. Also ive been having these weird occurrences where I will wake up seeing spiders and whispy glows and silhouettes of people for like 30 seconds after I wake up before they disappear. One night before I could convince myself it wasn t real it even caused me to run out of my room and turn on the light and of course there was no spider. Is there a way to get rid of any of these symptoms or are they liked to something specific? There symptoms are causing me to feel weighted down and sad which is the opposites of my usual personality. I never feel motivated to do anything cause I m always so tired and I want to go back to being happy and not always anxious that I m going to loose friends or that a simple trip down the road could lead to a car accident With all my overthinking.
