What Causes Stomach Pain With Bleeding After Delivery?

hi I gave birth about 6weeks ago. I be getting pain in my lower stomach the pain goes to my back. I feel light head and I have a bad headache that hasn't gone away . I also start to see little white dots. when I get the pain in my stomach I start to bleed.

Hi,

This is typically due to muscle spasms which are occurring post delivery so I would suggest you to have a antispasmodic tablet along with a antibiotics course for 5 days.
