um yeah I have a abnormal stomach pains as if ive been hit really hard i also feel as if i have a really empty, it started late last night and i havent been able to sleep is it a tape worm?
p.s i did eat some chicken Chow mien from a local chinese resturant do you believe that might be the cause?

Hi. This can not be a tape worms- as tapeworm does not cause such symptoms.
Yes, the outside food can cause this.
Get an antibiotic course. Do not wait till you get the loose motions or other symptoms.
