What Causes Stomach Pain,burning Sensation In The Chest And Armpits?

I have stomach pain, with burning up in my chest. It sometimes has pain radiating under my armpits. The pain is accompanied by nervous feelings, shaking and heart palaptations. If I lay down the heart skips get worse when I lay on my right side. I have had multiple checks for my heart and it is always ok.

Hello,

I think your symptoms are related to acid reflux. Should run upper endoscopy to check this out. Plus a further consultation with gastroenterologist is highly recommended.
