What Causes Stomach Pain,frequent Urination And Delay In Periods?

Hi, I have been having bad stomach pains and peeing more than usual and its hard to hold it back when I have to go. I ve been have the soft poops also. I randomly stopped my period after being on it contently ( I have a irregular period and it will go on and on and really get a day off then back on again) I have been off my period for 8 days now. I was hopping you could telling me an answer of why this is all happening?
