Hello Total eosinophils count is 250-450 cmm but in your daughter case it is pretty high (1751), this condition is known as eosinophilia, reason may be . Allergy or hay fever or tropical eosinophilia , diagnosis is clear. When such patient visit I usually prescribe diethylcarbamazine 2-2-2 for 10 15 days depending upon the condition of patient and disease . She is also having stomach pain with diarrhea . Tiredness , leg pain arm pain and weakness are after effect of diarrhea so need not to worry . In such cases I usually advise my patient intravenous Electrolyte - M & Ringer Lactate solution ( drip ) according to condition of patient ( diarrhea and its sequela will relieve at once). Stomach pain in your daughter case may be due to hyperacidity so take some antacid but if symptoms are sever she may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors like pantaloc- D once or twice in day. As you didn t mention about Red Blood Counts , so very difficult to say any thing about that count. Hope this information will help you. Good luck
