What Causes Stomach Pains, Bloating, Frequent Urination, Back And Shoulders Pain, Headaches?
i have stomach pains as if i am hungry but i am not. i feel bloated and am urinatly very frequently compared to usual. i also have an achy pain in my lower back and shoulders. this has been goin on for about 2 days now. but i have been gettin headaches for about a month now.

Bloating sensation occurs due to gastritis or indigestion.
Avoid fatty and spicy foods, take plenty of water and fiber rich foods.
Frequent urination can occur due to excessive intake of water or infection.
Infection of urinary tract is also accompanied by burning sensation.
Pain in lower back and shoulders can be due to musculoskeletal problems.
