What Causes Stomach Upset Along With Dizzy Spells?

Hi I have had a stomach bug and was very sick Monday night. I have kept drinking to keep hydrated and eaten small amounts. However I went back to work today and got sent home because I felt so dizzy and spaced out do you know what the cause could be ? Thank you

Hi there.

This is because if the possible water losses. Drink 1 litre of ORS twice it thrice a day to replenish lost water. Take antibiotic love Tablet Ofloxacin and Ornidazole combination twice a day. Get tested for stool bugs. Eat yoghurt and avoid smoking and drinking alcohol.
