What Causes Stomach Upset, Back Pain And Headaches While On Vitamin Supplements?

Hi i take wellman vitamin tablets but it seems to give me a stomach upset and more so, I have huge back pain throughout the night. I woke up 4 times last night. I have requested a blood test as I feel I lack something as I teach PE and when I take part and get warm, I end up with a headache and constantly tired after

I really appreciate your concern, vitamin supplement some time causes the gastric irritation but it is temporary one no need to worry about this neither needs any treatment, other symptoms could be due to muscular spasm or it could be spinal disc disease, you can try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
