What Causes Stomach Upset While On Sertraline?

I am taking 1 quarter Sertraline 50 mg. I also totaled Trazadone 1/2 tablet at night. I here are fairly new to me...about a month. I have a upset stomach ( took tums). My BP wa 145/95 in bed, so I took 1/2 Atentolo that I usually take at night. I am 76 and also take Plavix every other day, 4 81 aspirin daily (2 AM, 2 PM),sim a statin 20,calcium plus D and exemestame (for two years), the others for 11. I have a stent LAD for 11 years, and had a lumpectomy two years ago for breast ca, stage 1.

Sertraline is the only SSRI that acts as an antagonist of the σ1 receptor,so,it increases intestinal secretion causing higher incidence of diarrhoea,side effect of sertraline.
