What Causes Stomachache After Having Food?

Hi I have seen a couple drinks with no luck of of help. I get horrible stomach aches with back when I eat. I have dropped 20 lbs in two months and I m 76 years old. Hat could this be from? I had a colonoscopy and was told I have diverticulitis. The pain has become unbearable and the error said they can t find anything.
