What Causes Stomachache Along With Diarrhea And Constipation?
i ve been sick for almost 4 years, i have stomach pain, cramping, diarhea, constipation, fatigue. I have been seen by several doctors and they have done endoscopy, colonoscopy, check all my organs, and my brain and they tell me everything is normal. i believe i have an intestinal parasite and looking to treat myself for the parasite. I am 53 year male

You may have crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis ,you should get a rectal biopsy done,d diagnosis will be known after results.
