Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like food allergy , many people have more severe symptoms when they eat certain things like chocolate, spices, fats, fruits, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, milk, carbonated beverages and alcohol , stress , hormonal changes play a role , constipation , less fibrous diet , dehydration and infectious . I would suggest you to try to avoid above food , take more fibrous diet like fruits and vegetables and keep your self hydrate by drinking plenty of water .
