What Causes Stoppage In Menstruation?

I took an emergency contrceptive 2 weeks ago, 60 hours after having had unprotected sex. My breasts are still tender 2 weeks after having taken the morning after pill and I m suffer from acid reflux of late. I took a pregnancy test last week and it came back negative, but I still haven t had my periods. I had to get my period on the 6th of August but I still haven t gotten it. I took the pill on the 4th of August.
