What Causes Stoppage In Menstruation?

I was on Noriday for about 4 months, when i stopped it i had one normal period, but now i have missed 3 months. I was travelling so thought perhaps it was the travel and different time zones but now i am home it still has not come. I am 38 and have regular 28 day cycles for ever... any suggestions?
