What Causes Stoppage In Menstruation?

Hi, may I answhi my period come on the 22nd of january and lasted for about 7 days and it didnt come again until today. i did pregnancy test on the 28th of feb but it was negative then after 5 days i did another pregnancy test but it come positive the next day i went to pharmacy and took a morning after pill today i took another pregnancy test and it was +ve.i had an abortion in mid of december i dont want to be pregnant again what do u advise me pls plser your health queries right now ?
