What Causes Stoppage In Menstruation?

i am taking vaccine on hepatitis b. i have taken two injections already. i was supposed .to have my menses around the 9th of march. till now i haven't had it and i feel some heaviness at my abdomen area. could this be caused by the injection or am pregnant
