What Causes Stoppage In The Periods After Two Days Of Delivery?

i m 36 yrs old.height 5.2,weight is 180pounds.my baby is 9 days old.after mu baby's delivery.my periods has stopped after 2 days of delivery.i got my chloestrol level checked which is very high.my blood pressure remains 140/100.uric acid is about 8.2 which is also very high.plz tell me about my problem i m very depressed.also tell me is there any cholestrol in chapati or wheat? thank u
