What Causes Straightened Cervical Lordosis With Shallow Reversal At C5?

I had an MRI which shows a straightened cervical lordosis with shallow reversal at C5, disc desiccation and degenerative endplate change at c5-6, clockwise rotatory scoliosis, c3-4 right forminal herniation with impingement upon the exiting c4 root, c4-5 bulging disc, c5-6 central herniation wit superior and inferior extrusion causing mild cord compression and canal stenosis, c6 mild wedging with osteophytes wich cause aquired spinal stemosis, c6-7 bulging disc with thecal sac indentation and at c7-T1 the canal and foramina are patent.

can you pkease help me to understand this in leymans terms?
