What Causes Strange Buzzing Sound In Ear While Laughing

I have a strange buzzing sound in my left ear whenever I laugh (quite excessively) or the volume of noise near me is quite loud and I m worried as to what it might be, this has been happening for a few months now but I never thought much of it but it becomes really irritant and quite scary. I m 16 and would appreciate any help, Thanks, Sam

Hi.
Noted the odd history of buzzing sound in the ear on laughing or increase in volume of the noise near the affected ear. This is going on for about a few months.

The causes may be :
- The Eustachian tube dysfunction.
- Middle ear pathology where the sensitivity of the bones and tendons can cause such a problem.
-Inner ear problems like inflammation.

Proper clinical evaluation by an ENT Surgeon can help you to get a diagnosis with the helps of CT scan of the sinuses and ears and Audiometry .
