What Causes Strange Discharge After Periods?

I have been on Loestrin birth control pills for 4 years now. My boyfriend and I are always very careful, I take the pills on time, and have never missed one. Our sex routine is as follows: First week after period no condom, just pulls out, second and third weeks always condom. Condom has never broken and he has never fully ejactulated inside of me.



Today (it has been 2 days after my period which was last week) I felt something strange come out down there when I urinated. I had no blood and no cramping, but to me it looked like a miscarriage. I am going to get a pregnancy test but should I see a doctor if I have no symptoms and it passed naturally? Thank you so much.
