What Causes Strange Feelings In Abdomen When I Lie On Back?
I'm 28 and have been noticing strange wind like feelings in my abdo and when I lie on my back can feel strong pulse under diaphragm and it is also slightly painful when I push on pulsing area. Had had a strange chest feeling for a while. Not painful but aware of it?

Well come to HCM
Such symptom could be due to digestion function disturbances some time infection may be the cause, better to wait for some time because this may comes around even without medicines, have light diet, if this does not improved then following medicines would be advisable
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days
2) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
3) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
