What Causes Strange Warm Sensation At The Top Right Side Of My Back (shoulder Area)?

hi, im a 30 year old male, i have got to go and see a specialist at cardyology next week as i had a ECG at my doctors a couple of weeks ago and my doctor said my heart as got a slightly faster beat than normal, now i have been getting a strange warm sensation at the top right side of my back (shoulder area) it feels like the blood in that area has been warmed up, and happens around 7-8 times a day. i have not mentioned this to my doctor yet as tought it was nothing, Is this normal? Thanks
