Work up early feeling discomfort pains and went to bathroom. Thought I was going to get sick as well and then without feeling anything I had passed out and woke up on the floor probably about 5 min. later. Since this morning I have went to the bathroom 3-4 times feeling like my bowels had to move only to have like blood (red) come out with something looking more like flesh in it with blood surrounding it. I still have the light head on and off like I could pass out at times but haven t yet.
