What Causes Strep Throat Along With Diarrhea And Blood In Urine?

I ve had a series of annoying issues for the past month - strep throat, constant watery diarrhea, microscopic blood in urine, as per urine analyst, and now I have upper right back pain. Should I notify my doctor or wait it out for a few days to see if it goes away?

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
You have Kidney symptoms along with streptococcal throat( suggests spread of infection to kidney).... loose motions ( may be due to strong antibiotic s/ infection itself ), Left upper back pain---
All the symptoms demand assessment of infection with sufficiently long antibiotic course , taking care of bowel movements too...
Don't wait see your treating physician earliest to exclude/ confirm possible complications & have adequate treatment.
Thanks
