What Causes Strep Throat Infections?
I have a sore throat at times and felt like I had strep. My grandson & daughter were diagnosed with strep. I went to the doctor on 9/7 & had a strep test that was negative. I was told it was probably allergies. I still have a sore throat at times. Would this still be allergies or could it be strep?

strep throat infections gets mainly from another person by transmission when kissing or touching mucus membrane of him....it causes sorethroat but with fever and fatigue and muscle pain symptoms....allergy and immunereaction can cause sorethroat in old ages....some times type of food and stress enhance that......hope that help thanks
