What Causes Stress Fractures In Feet Along With Extreme Fatigue?

Since 2006. I have experienced multiple stress fractures in my feet and ankles with tendon and ligament tearing and severing. Also my vision was perfect in 2006 within 6months was wearing trifocals. Hair loss. And extreme fatigue and weakness. Normally could work 2 jobs and work out and take care of my family. Since 2006 have had multiple ortho surgeries to repair breaks. Pain level everyday is a 7 and my strength isn t nothing to talk about. When I stand it feels like a bat is hitting my body. I tolerate all this. Just wondering what in the world is happening to my body. Have been healthy all my life. Never smoker never drinker. No crazy life style. Never drug addiction. I am 53. Years young Thank you So much for your time.

Hello,

I can understand your concern. Have you had any blood tests recently to determine Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and calcium level in your blood?

Deficiency of these simple elements though ignored most of the times but very important for normal healthy structure and fucntion of body, can cause maladies that you are suffering from. Vitamin D is deficieny is usually associated with fatigue fractures, feelings of tiredness all the time and nerve related problems. Based on the test results, a specific diagnosis can be reached and treatment can be started.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. I wish you feel better soon!

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
