What Causes Stress With Pain On The Groin Area?

Hello I had a risky encounter with a female which i do not now her status the condom broke and she happened to be on her period , I did not proceed for long after the condom broke (I know is irrelevant )I was also drinking that night, the next day I was highly stresses, anxious and depressed I had a mild fever and night sweats the next day after the fever and night sweats went away a slight pain on my groin remained .I got tested but is to early for any results. what are theses symptoms is it stress ? or an std? what steps should I take ?
