What Causes Stretching Pain In Stomach, Headache And Heart Burning Sensation?

hello i have been having a stretching pain in my stomach for the past week, ive been sleeping more lately, ive have headaches , heart burn and have been going to the rest room more lately as well. ive also had lower back pains. my cycle was late by 3 days but it finally came but its never late what can i do

Hello,

Very likely you are going through a viral infection that is causing most of your symptoms.

I would advise you to make sure you do drink well, to keep yourself hydrated and also take Omeprazole 40 mg a day to help with the stomach symptoms and the heartburn.
As for the headache, you can take paracetamol 500 mg and ibuprofen 400 mg at the same time, every 6 hours after food.

If no improvement in 2-3 days or if there is any worsening, please contact your doctor.
