What Causes Strong Foul Odor From Vagina During Pregnancy?

Hi I am 9 weeks 4 days pregnant over the last week I have had some light bleeding went for ultrasound was told I had little bruising this would be the cause of the bleed also they found small cyst. Told nothing to worry about. But today I still have light bleeding also now there is strong foul odor? What could the odor be. Anything to be concerned about?
