What Causes Strong Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

i'm having a really strong amonia smell vaginal discharge and what looks like tissue in my urine. I have been to the to my gyn for a std check but he says everything is good. what could it be and what should I ask my provider to check for? what kind of test should i ask for?
