What Causes Strong Headaches, Body Pain, Bumps In The Armpits, Sore Throat And Inflammation?

I have symptoms that I believe to be syphilis because I have strong headaches, body aches, sore throat and inflamed, there were injuries in penis once or twice and recently I have realized that I have several bubbles in my armpits. Do you believe it can be my syphilis at a high level? I need urgent treatment and have the blood test.
