Understanding your concern. As per your query you have strong humming noise in the ear which occurs when move my head along with pain which is due to Eustachian tube dysfunction. It could be due to ear wax accumulation, ear infection and otitis media. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist again for proper examination. Doctor may clean the ear to remove ear wax or prescribe antibiotics for at least 10 days along with decongestants. Doctor should also give proper treatment for cold and flu , because these can be contributing factors in causing ear infection. Keep you ears dry , cover them while bathing and keep warm compresses on external ear 2-3 times a day , it will evaporate water from ear .
