What Causes Strong Odor From Genital Area?

This is a little embarrassing I have an order that smells like sour milk coming from my private area. I was thinking it was a yeast infection but I do not have any other symptoms. my stress level has been very high and I have been breaking out on my neck face and back. I am battling a sinus thing without antibiotics I think that maybe allergies. Any ideas of what might be causing the smell.

Yeast infection and dysbacteriosis can cause such odor. You can apply Candid B cream for local application for this.
