What Causes Strong Pain In The Stomach While Getting Up?

Hi the last two mornings when i wake i am getting strong 'stitch' like pain in my upper section of my stomach and i feel extremly bloated. It feels like strong gas within my stomach but theres none!Ive taken Immoduim Plus both mornings but they dont seem to affect this. The pain fades away after a few hours.

Imodium plus in fact can increase your problem. There is no role.
IT is possible that you have a mild form of colitis, and the feeling comes from the excessive motility of the colon as per the body clock.
You should take a laxative and the problem may be solved
