What Causes Strong Smelly Urine And Stool Discharge?
My 22 year old son is having a few issues. Strong smell to urine and stool. Strong gas pains and abdominal pains. Pain in joints and fatigue. Went to doctor and said had a yeast infection...gave him medicine 1 week ago and no change in anything. any ideas on what this could be.

It is better to get urinalysis and urine culture and sensitivity to isolate the causative bug causing urinary tract infection and antibiotics it's responsive to. Also for gastric symptoms or flatulence and altered bowel habits, using motility agent like Mebeveramine can be helpful.
