What Causes Strong Urine Odour?
My pee been smelling like pee for months now. I am 53 , 145 lbs and 5 9 . I eat healthy, but drink alcohol. Don t smoke, no drugs. Not even vitamins. Lots of fruit n veggies.. Should I be concerned? I do drink lots of water. No pain during urination..

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have your urinalysis done and if needed further it may need to be evaluated further with ultrasound KUB. Using citrosoda sachet may be helpful in that regard as well.
