Hello,

Possible causes for nasal congestion is

1. Allergic rhinitis.
2.Turbinate hypertrophy.
3. Sinusitis.
4. Polyps.
5. Deviated nasal septum.

Still many causes but avoid the allergens that aggregate the problem. Use tablet. monterleukast and levocetrizine once a day for five days. Use ottrivin nasal spray to clear nasal block.

Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Salt water gargling thrice a day. If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
