What Causes Stuffy Nose With Discoloration?

hi doctor,
i have a problem with my nose. My nose gets red when i'm in a stuffy area and sometimes my nose is a bit discoloured. This problem has only started during May, this Winter and i think its from the cold. So maybe if you can tell me some home remedies or just advice?

Your suffering from seasonal allergies like allergic rhinitis, due allergy there is redness at the site of inflammation.
The signs of inflammation is
Rubor :redness at the site of inflammation
Tumor :swelling
Calor :heat at the site
Dolor : pain at the site of inflammation.

Functio lesa :loss of function
Fluor :means secretions.

Treatment
Avoid cold exposure
Tab. Moterleukast +levocetrizine once In night time.
Water vapor inhalation
Avoid allergen

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
