Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Read the history and understood your concerns.
The symptoms of stuffy nose, chest congestion and cough are indicative of a Respiratory tract infection either viral or bacterial that the following things decide:
Clinical evaluation by an ENT Surgeon, examination, ENT Examination.
X-ray of the nose and sinuses and Chest.
Tests of blood.
This will give an idea about possible diagnosis and mode of treatment.
