What Causes Subchorionic Bleeding And How Does It Affect The Fetus?

Hello Doctor, currently iam on my 13 week of pregnancy 4 days back that means on my 12w 3d i saw spotting and i left my work place and rushed to my gynea..i had ultrasound which showed i have 1cmx0.6cm subchorionic bleeding. Iam advised by my doctor to take rest and not to worry and also on progesterone medication. Iam absolutely no bleeding now..iam still worried please show some more light on my condition

Hello, if it has stopped then only rest and progesterone will suffice as chorionic bleed is very small.
But in case your placenta is lower down in uterus then you will need to continue rest and progesterone for whole pregnancy
