What Causes Sudden Ache In The Arms, Legs, Shoulders And Feet?

I have been having aches in my arms, legs, shoulders, feet and sometimes my lower back aches. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary, No excessive pushing or pulling but my body feels like I have. This has been happening for the past 1 week and 1/2. No temperature, no signs of a cold.
